Considering that the Opium Convention concluded

at The Hague on January 23rd, 1912 between the

Netherlands and other States, concerns legal rights;

Having regard to the second paragraph of Ar-

ticle 59 of the Constitution;

Now therefore, &c.,

Sole Article.

The Opium Convention, of which a printed copy

is appended to this Law, concluded at The Hague on

January 23rd, 1912 between the Netherlands and ot

States, is hereby approved.
